Interior reception renovation in Ormos Aigalis

The project concerns the reception area of the family-run Askas Pension, in Ormos Aegialis, Amorgos, which was fully renovated in 2019.
The design concept has been to create a warm, welcoming space, which will receive and impress the guest.Dominating colours are white and grey, aiming at stressing the simplicity and clarity of forms.   

The floor has been covered with new, big, modern tiles. The new reception office was designed and constructed from scratch, using materials found in local traditional architecture, such as wood and lava plaster.

The small lounge, the information desk and the little guest office were all designed on the same logic.

The hanging library was designed and constructed exclusively for the specific area, with white metal and wood.

Particular attention has been given to lighting and decoration, in order to create the appropriate feeling of peace and relaxation.

Πρόκειται για το χώρο υποδοχής της οικογενειακής πανσιόν Askas Pension, στον Όρμο Αιγιάλης της Αμοργού, ο οποίος ανακαινίσθηκε πλήρως το έτος 2019.                

Η φιλοσοφία του όλου σχεδιασμού ήταν να δημιουργηθεί ένας ζεστός και φιλόξενος χώρος, όπου θα υποδέχεται και θα εντυπωσιάζει τον επισκέπτη.                  

Τα χρώματα που κυριαρχούν είναι το λευκό και το γκρι με στόχο να τονιστεί η λιτότητα και καθαρότητα των μορφών.

Το δάπεδο διαστρώθηκε με νέα μεγάλα και μοντέρνα πλακάκια.  Το νέο γραφείο του χώρου υποδοχής σχεδιάστηκε και κατασκευάστηκε εξ αρχής, με υλικά που συναντώνται στην παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του νησιού, όπως είναι το ξύλο και η πατητή τσιμεντοκονία.

Με την ίδια λογική κατασκευάστηκε και το μικρό καθιστικό, ο πάγκος των πληροφοριών και το μικρό γραφείο για τον επισκέπτη.  

Η κρεμαστή βιβλιοθήκη σχεδιάστηκε και κατασκευάστηκε αποκλειστικά για το συγκεκριμένο χώρο, με λευκό μέταλλο και ξύλο.

Ιδιαίτερη σημασία δόθηκε στον φωτισμό του χώρου καθώς και στη διακόσμηση, ώστε να δημιουργηθεί η κατάλληλη ατμόσφαιρα ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

Das Projekt betrifft den Empfangsbereich der familiengeführten Pension Askas in Ormos Aegialis, Amorgos, der 2019 vollständig renoviert wurde.
Das Designkonzept bestand darin, einen warmen, einladenden Raum zu schaffen, der die Gäste empfängt und beeindruckt. Die dominierenden Farben sind Weiß und Grau, um die Einfachheit und Klarheit der Formen zu betonen.  

Der Boden wurde mit neuen, großen, modernen Fliesen belegt. Das neue Empfangsbüro wurde von Grund auf neu entworfen und gebaut, wobei Materialien aus der traditionellen lokalen Architektur wie Holz und Lavaputz verwendet wurden.

Der kleine Aufenthaltsraum, der Informationsschalter und das kleine Gästebüro wurden nach demselben Prinzip gestaltet.

Die Hängebibliothek wurde speziell für diesen Bereich aus weißem Metall und Holz entworfen und gebaut.

Besondere Aufmerksamkeit wurde der Beleuchtung und der Dekoration gewidmet, um ein Gefühl der Ruhe und Entspannung zu vermitteln.

Le projet concerne la réception de la pension familiale Askas, à Ormos Aegialis, Amorgos, qui a été entièrement rénovée en 2019.
Le concept de design a été de créer un espace chaleureux et accueillant, qui recevra et impressionnera l'invité.Les couleurs dominantes sont le blanc et le gris, visant à souligner la simplicité et la clarté des formes.  

Le sol a été recouvert de nouveaux carreaux, grands et modernes. Le nouveau bureau d'accueil a été conçu et construit à partir de zéro, en utilisant des matériaux que l'on trouve dans l'architecture traditionnelle locale, comme le bois et le plâtre de lave.

Le petit salon, le bureau d'information et le petit bureau des invités ont tous été conçus selon la même logique.

La bibliothèque suspendue a été conçue et construite exclusivement pour cet espace spécifique, avec du métal blanc et du bois.

Une attention particulière a été accordée à l'éclairage et à la décoration, afin de créer le sentiment approprié de paix et de relaxation.
